Cat cracked my front screen on my S23 Ultra. Called them, thought the reviews were suspicious but quickly figured out why. Excellent knowledge of their trade, amazing people both in person and over the phone, spot on with time estimates, and excellent vibes in the store. Probably spent an hour inside the store, both waiting and talking with workers, but even when there were 3-4 other people in the store they never felt hurried or distracted, and made sure to answer your questions and reassure you with things you didn't even know would be the case.
